I'm guessing you're on T4 - if this doesn't make sense, just reply back. Click on your name under your hero's picture on right of screen - this takes you to your profile.
Click on Change Profile (halfway down the page on the left hand side). There will be two text boxes in the middle of the page, pick one, doesn't matter which one, enter in [#0] then click on the save button at the bottom of the screen.
